國際食品安全協會 - 食品安全管理師認證計劃
計劃宗旨Scheme Objective
- Currently, Hong Kong offers “Hygiene Manager / Supervisor Scheme” as an one‑off qualification;
- Food-related standards, risks and technologies kept evolving; Managers and practitioners should keep acquiring and practicing the latest knowledge and technologies, as to enhance the long-term competitiveness of Hong Kong’s food industry;
- Industry needs a food safety professionalism that is affordable, and be able to encourage CPD among practitioners.
- 現時香港設單次資歷「衛生經理/衛生督導員計劃」
- 食品相關的標準、風險及技術不斷更新﹐食品業負責人及管理層需持續進修,以學習最新的知識並應用至實務上,以增加本港食品業的長遠競爭力。
- 業界需要可負擔、能夠鼓勵從業員持續進修的食品安全專業框架。
o Holders of FEHD‑recognized Hygiene Manager or equivalent; OR
o Degree or above in Food Safety / Food Science / Nutrition / Public Health; OR
o 2 years or above relevant ISO 22000 or food safety operation / audit / management experience; OR
o 5 years accumulative working experience in food production, catering, retail, logistics.
o 持有食品安全/食品科學/營養學/公共衞生等相關學位或以上;或
o 2年或以上ISO 22000 或食品安全營運 / 審核/管理經驗;或
o 5年或以上任職於食品生產、餐飲、零售、物流等相關行業之前線或監督人員。
CPD & Renewal Model / CPD 及續證模式
- Annual CPD requirement: 16 hours per year;
- Minimum 6 hours from IFSA‑organized or IFSA‑endorsed events (seminar, forum, workshop, online courses,etc);
- Remaining 10 hours from recognized external activities (e.g. GS1, University, societies, journal readings, online courses);
- Each activity recorded with:
- Evidence (certificate, email, journal citation);
- Short reflective learning outcome;
- Audits conducted by Vetting & Standards Committee is required.
- 每年必須完成 16 小時 CPD;
- 最少 6 小時 來自 IFSA 主辦或支持之活動(研討會、論壇、工作坊、網上課程等);
- 剩餘 10 小時可由其他認可機構活動(如 GS1、大學、學會、期刊閱讀、網上課程) 取得;
- 每項活動需紀錄:
- 證明文件(證書、電郵、期刊資料等);
- 簡短學習反思;
- 需經「審核及標準委員會」審核確認
